Client Projects & Confidentiality

When you engage Orbit Next Labs for services:

  • All project details and business information shared with us will be treated as confidential
  • We will not disclose your project information to third parties without your consent
  • You retain ownership of your data and business information
  • Project deliverables and ownership terms will be specified in individual service agreements
  • Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) are available upon request

Payments & Billing

For paid services:

  • Payment terms will be outlined in individual project proposals or service agreements
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
  • Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in the service agreement
  • Refund policies vary by service type and will be specified in individual agreements

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbit Next Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You acknowledge that you use our services at your own risk.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of our services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
